Everything you see here is designed, cut, sewn and finished by one person at THIRTEEN CUSTOMS in Germany.
THE GEAR
THE ORIGINAL. THE FOUNDATION.
The classic THIRTEEN Headband is where it all started. It consists of a long fabric band measuring approximately 110 cm in length and 6.5 cm in height, designed to be tied at the back for an individual fit.
On the inside, an approximately 30 cm terry cloth section is permanently sewn into the forehead area. It absorbs sweat while helping the headband stay comfortable and secure during movement.
Unlike a ready-made headband, THIRTEEN doesn't simply print or customize an existing product. Fabric selection, design, cutting, terry cloth and construction all come together from scratch to create the finished piece.
The classic HEADBAND also forms the foundation for other THIRTEEN variations such as the HEADWRAP and LITTLE BASTARD.
HEADWRAP
THE ORIGINAL. MORE COVERAGE.
The THIRTEEN Headwrap is based on the classic Headband, extending its construction with an additional mesh section that covers the top and back of the head.
The actual headband remains the foundation: approximately 110cm long, individually tied at the back and equipped with the permanently sewn-in terry cloth section across the forehead. The additional lightweight and breathable mesh turns the classic Headband into a full Headwrap without losing the familiar feel of the original.
The mesh section provides additional coverage while remaining flexible and breathable, and can be positioned differently depending on how you choose to wear it.
In short: the construction and function of the classic THIRTEEN Headband – just with more coverage.
